LOCATION

Front.A delightfully restored stone built house situated on the edge of a sleepy hamlet, of Lardaille, approximately 20 minutes from the medieval market town of St Antonin Noble Val.

A great place for a relaxing holiday with time spent beside a magnificent private pool or simply taking a walk in the surrounding countryside where you'll find an abundance of wild flowers, butterflies and a variety of birds. It is also easy to take an excursion to one of the fascinating medieval towns or villages with their traditional markets, which are just a short drive away. 

 
ACCOMMODATION

The lounge.This property benefits from an open plan ground floor with entry directly into the dining room, which has a beamed ceiling and wood burning stove. Here the dining table seats up to 8 comfortably.
 

As with many houses of this style, the staircases are quite steep and there is a need to be aware of low beams.

Living room .

This leads through to the living room which has comfortable sofas, UK satellite TV and there are glazed double French windows opening onto a terrace with a superb view of the grounds and pool.

The kitchen has the original flagstone flooring, is fitted with all your needs: fridge/freezer, separate freezer, electric cooker with gas hob and a microwave. There are also plenty of cupboards and units, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed with plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has beamed ceilings, twin beds and a staircase to a single bed on a mezzanine floor which would suit a youngster of an age in excess of 7 years. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom, which also has plenty of storage.

There is a bathroom and separate shower room, both with toilets and wash hand basins.

 
OUTDOORS

Piscine.Outside, there is a large terraced area with barbeque, table, chairs and parasols. This is a great place for outdoor dining and enjoying the superb views. The pool is 12m x 6m and 2.6m at the deep end. The extensive grounds with mature trees lead onto the surrounding countryside.
