General Information

LOCATION

A wonderful rural location, set in its own grounds with fields & open countryside to all sides, yet well located for the medieval towns of St. Antonin Noble Val with its shops, bars, restaurants & Sunday market (10 mins by car) & the touristic town of Cordes Sur Ciel (20 mins). The wine growing regions of Gaillac & major town of Albi are within 40 mins, whilst the local village (app 3 kms) offers 2 restaurants & a small store for daily supplies.

There are lovely walks, canoeing, cycling & horse riding - all available nearby, together with a private meadow for fishing (in season).

GROUNDS

With no near neighbours (the lane leading only to 1 further property, not within visibility), you can relax at the private pool & enjoy the views around. The grounds are laid to lawns & flowers/shrubs. Lots of additional parking space.

The main dining terrace is south facing & has a brick-built BBQ for external dining ~ easily accessible to the kitchen. Set beside this is the pool with natural wood decking surround.
