An easy, flat walk into town (0.5kms) brings you to the nearest, and best bakery in town. The property is located at the end of a small (no through) single track road running riverside, from where it is an easy walk into the medieval centre of St Antonin Noble Val. The town offers a good range of bars, restaurants, boutiques, chemist, doctors, dentist, supermarket and sporting activities (tennis, paragliding, horse riding, tree wire, kayaking, (and cliff climbing for the more adventurous) … and, of course, the hugely popular Sunday morning market.

The pool is surrounded by a paved area for loungers and parasols with outdoor lights for evening use. There is a charcoal BBQ for clients use
